Brief:
Brockton are creating a new place in London at the intersection of knowledge, culture and capital. They wanted a film that would communicate their vision and help encourage businesses to move their home. 

Solution: 
Working with lead architect Simon Allford, we take a journey through the inspiration and vision of the building's reimagining. It delves through its past and the future of the rapidly changing landscape around it.

Results:
The film helped to secure a major pre let for the majority of the space, and continues to attract interest for the remaining space.
