Brief:
Berkeley Group were launching their first major workplace, in a previously unloved part of the City Rd. We needed to create a strong sense of place and locate iBasin at the heart of some of London's most exciting neighbourhoods.  

Solution:
We imagined five tech-savvy future tenants and followed them on a journey from their old work space to their new and improved lives at iBasin and the villages around.

Results:
The film has helped to create a sense of place in advance of its completion, generating industry buzz and significantly more viewings.
