Our client wanted us to reposition the area as an ideal location for a challenger brand, as companies don’t typically seek out Queen’s Park for their HQ.
Solution
Queen’s Park is a residential area first, and we turned this into a key positive, positioning the area as a model neighbourhood. Inspired by the how to manuals of the 70’s, we told the story of the area and the space in a way to show it’s distinct qualtiies.
Results
The film generated buzz in the market and increased viewings considerably after launch. A disruptive leisure operator made an offer and committed within weeks of the film’s launch.
One Giant quickly grasped what is special about the place and translated that into some unique ideas. The film generated buzz and helped us to secure an occupier quickly. It also helped to build the brand of our client too.
