How do you get people excited about an anonymous building in a neglected part of London?
We created a content campaign that celebrated the heritage of the building while it was under restoration, weaving in locals stories, history and its design inspiration.
The film generated wide exposure and has ensured the building has been let in perpetuity since its launch.
The Loom's film helped us to build the story and place make before being able to get any visuals of the finished product. It enabled us to generate real intrigue and interest in the asset, well in advance of major works onsite completing.
