Beeline To Hammersmith

Brief
Hammersmith is known for its busy roundabout and a flyover; a place to pass through on your way elsewhere. The brief was to reposition the place as a vibrant waterside village, and attract viewings from quality occupiers.

Solution
Hammersmith B.I.D. is becoming a bee-friendly area. We wrapped a narrative around this truth, and created a ‘beetnik’ character to help viewers see the area through new eyes. A Wes Anderson inspired look was created to contrast with 245’s modern architecture, and to help highlight the local buzz.

Results
The film has helped to attract a multiple of more viewings, including many occupiers who hadn’t previously considered the area.

Tenants have become much more aware of Hammersmith. We've had so many more viewings since the film's launch, more than many of our West End schemes, which we hadn't imagined.
